So after update it is a brand new issue that appeared. Game just bricks itself for no reason while playing SIM (didnt experience it anywhere else). Suddenly it drops to 1FPS and just stays there without recovery. Only choice is to kill it via task manager.
It is 100% not hardware issue. No overheating and everything that runs in background runs as should when alt tabbing.
