Massive FPS drop with RT when using gunner sight on certain maps

Main thing i want to report is - playing with RT enabled, performance is usually pretty decent, but on some maps in certain places you enter gunner sight and 1) graphics gets bugged out - lighting gets broken and everything turns dark 2) fps drops to like 10-20 depending on a place. Going back to 3rd person = everything ok. Playing with RT disabled = everything ok.
This only happens on certain maps - Breslau, Abandoned Town, Abandoned Factory. Maybe couple more, but can’t recall right now.

Another thing is that i’m getting bugged vegetation (bushes, trees) textures here and there on some maps. With latest small patch it seems like some of that got fixed, but still present on some maps. Pretty sure everything is ok with my GPU, didn’t check if this resolves with any graphics settings changes yet.

PC config is Core i7 6950X / 4x8GB DDR4-3400 / RTX 4090 / 2TB NVMe drive

I’ve just resorted back to no RT. It’s not worth the insane performance drops on some maps.

For me Afghanistan tanks my fps (slide show in missle cam), I’m guessing it’s the random thousands of building all with reflections in the windows.

I’m having massive stutters, fps going from 177 (Having it capped there for g-sync) down to 70-100 for a second.

It went away for a while on Dx11 (I THINK from disabling HAGS/Hardware accelerated gpu scheduling), tried Dx12 just now and it started stuttering, went back to Dx11 and now that stutters aswell.
It was stuttering like this on the 24H2 update aswell, and this is a fresh install of 23H2.

Windows 11 23H2, 7800X3D, 32gb of ram, RTX 4080 Super, Game on a 2tb NVME SSD.

WT is the only game that’s behaving like this for me.
