Massive FPS drop after "Line of Contact" Update

After new update, my FPS drop from 120 to 30 (Graphics on Ultra Min.)
Maybe my toaster needs to upgrade : CPU: Pentium III, RAM: 6 GB, GPU: GT 1030.
Is there any method to increase it?

Do you have SSAA on, and what Anti aliasing method are you using?
