So I want to buy some market place skins but my acount is linked to my PS4. Is there anyway to obtain them without transfering to PC?

Well… Yeah, at least for most of them… But it’s REALLY expensive, and you’re not guaranteed them. You can look at the skins you want, and see what chest they came from. Then you can buy those crates with GE then open them (with more GE) and you could possibly get them. But you’re not guaranteed them when you open those specific boxes. And also like I said, it’s REALLY expensive to do this… Would not recommend… It’s better to save and just wait until you can switch to PC, but if you have now plans to do that then I guess you can go ahead and try that… It’s also a good thing to know that the crates are not available to some people in certain countries, as those countries consider them gambling…
At the moment you can’t transfer you account to PC x Console/Console x PC and can’t buy a Marketplace for your account on Console, only PC.
About Marketplace I can’t say much the reason though, probably some policies with the company (Sony and Microsoft) that are against a Marketplace for games,
