Market place camos disappearing

I have over 300 vehicles in my line-ups. Most of the time it seems like the server has issues loading my paid-for camos in matches. Ill see the camo in the garage, but its like I have so many market place camos that the server cant remember to load it in matches, unless randomly it does. Then it most of the time stays loaded. If I move to a new line-up the camos have issues again.

I paid for these, and most of the time no one sees the camo. I play with my family including my wife so we enjoy customizing our tanks and seeing them in battle.

Its the worst!! They want our money but cant give us what we payed for! What the heck, either give us the money back or give us the camo. That all we ask for.

Do check if the automatic camo selection enabled itself, depending on what the skin is tagged as, it won’t get picked on certain maps.

Alternatively, while unlikely imo, could be that something’s deleting your cache, and thus the game has to redownload the skins periodically.

I do check if auto camo is selected, but i dont use that feature, as i like to pick it at the start everygame. And I feel thats rather unlikely too, im not sure what program id have that would target WT like that.

Ive been playing since 2013, so i have accured a lot during my time playing the game. My feeling, is the servers struggle to keep track of all of them. And whats loaded on them(my vehicles), currently.

Also, make sure you have this setting OFF (showing “NO”) / slider to the LEFT

If this setting is set to “YES” (to the RIGHT) the game will NEVER load your camo’s in a match, UNLESS you have already loaded/viewed them in menu (and even then, sometimes it still wont load if this setting is set to “YES”)

This setting not only applies to other players, but like I described will also be applied to YOUR vehicles.

FURTHERMORE, I double check this setting after every patch, not just every major update. It often gets turned to “YES” by itself. Same thing if you do a file check/verify, OR delete your cache and/or compiledShaders folders. I would say it is about a 50/50 chance that it will turn itself back to “YES” after any of these situations occur.

I cannot say for sure if this is what is causing your issue, but is the first thing you/everyone should check before going further, like opening a bug report.

If the slider moves by its own lonesome self, id say that is a bug. However, since I filed this bug report, I now know of this bug that moves my settings around. I appreciate you showing me this, as this bug seems to be effecting me. Thank you for your help with this bug, in this bug report.

Same issue, i recently spent 3.5k of GE on the spearhead crates, only for 70% of the new camos I got just to flat out not load, the BMD-4M2 camo has only affected the barrel despite numerous restarts and a re-install

You are welcome friend 👍 If you did submit a bug report, please feel free to post a link to your report here so we can click on the “I have the same issue” button. I love all my marketplace camos and absolutely want to have them working properly for everyone.

You could add a comment to your report with the extra info about the settings possibly changing by themselves if you wanted to. I’m not sure if there has been a report submitted already for the setting issue specifically.

You don’t even need to wait for a patch. It will literally do this the match after you disabled it, or sometimes even forcefully during a match. 0/10 feature overall, takes away control from the player.
