I’ve read that this was going to be equipped with the PARS-3 missile. Is this true? If so, it’d be even more powerful (if FNF missiles were any good in WT). Either way, +1 for sure.

That would be really powerful. Would make a nice tank or 2 tanks seperated by cannon. Both should be in the tech tree though

The 50mm autocannon will be nice, as an upgrade to the existing PUMA in the tech tree as a support vehicle. If the 35 mm cannon is chosen instead, the vehicle should also be able to shoot the PARS-3MR ATGMs as well (although I have no data on how many it could carry).

i want this to counter the BMP-3 in wt, could also rival the chinese abomination (its not actually bad just looks ugly)

This should be a replacement for the Puma at 10.0 with the 50 mm, or go to 9.3 with the 30 mm, and the Puma (in both cases) should just move up to 10.3 and get Spikes.

It would be amazing to get the Marder 2 in the game. I just really hope it gets added to the standard tech tree

considering how th 2S38 impacted normal ground RB, germany needs a counter to it that can effectively kill those pesky Ka50’s and 52’s. not to mention a similar calibre cannon that can match the 2S38 (2S38 can one shot many ifvs and even MBT’s so this would prove maybe even better than the puma, and i dont mind it being the same BR as the current PUMA)

I have never been able to understand what the real armour values for this vehicle are. In some places it is stupidly exagerated saying it can withstand 125mm. Having “protection against soviet 30mm armor-piercing rounds” effectively means it has the same protection as the Marder 1A3…
