All sources known to me (English, Japanese, and Polish) deny the existence of a Ki-94-I prototype. The Ki-94-II, which is already in the game, was in the prototype phase.

Your source on the development of the Ki-94-I prototype is very weak, even nonexistent. The link you posted from WT Live contains only one source, which refers to the Ki-98, not the Ki-94-I. Furthermore, the WT Live source (militaryfactory) does not provide any sources, which drastically reduces its credibility.

It’s a picture… also, someone else posted the same picture. It clearly did it exist, and while that is only of the wooden mockup it still proves that the aircraft went to a certain phase of development, so it did exist, we just do not know how far, and trying to find an actual picture on the world wide web would be extremely difficult if you consider how much people upload to different sites. That either shut down, or don’t.

+1 would be a excellent aircraft if added to the game Ho-204 37-mm cannon plus the bombs and rockets could have some great CAS options especially if we could make our own loadouts.

It is hard to say whether it would actually have been equipped with bombs and rockets. It was originally designed as an attack aircraft, though details regarding its intended payload in that role are—to my knowledge—unknown. However, the Japanese Army and Navy did use anti-aircraft bombs (ranging from the Type 2 Ta-Dan cluster bomb to the 250 kg Type 4 No. 25 Mk 29 AA bomb) and rockets (Army Ro-3 and Ro-5, and Navy Type 3 and Type 5). So, I would bet that the Ki-98 would have ended up carrying some form of external armament.

Gaijin with the resent addition of Japan’s new ww2 plane gave her 2 250kg bombs (don’t think there was much evidence out side of the locks could hold drop tanks which could likely hold bombs)

Hopefully we see more munition loadouts for Japan.
