ZTZ96B has at least gen 2 thermals already and both the Type 16(FPS) and TKX(P) have gen 3, you can grind all the way through rank 7 with the FPS with gen 3 thermals then you only need to grind the type 10 with the non-premium TKX(P) that also has gen 3s
Not in the opinions of many players. Premiums should always be identical or worse then their TT counterparts, you are paying for increased SL/RP not an unfair advantage. If Type 90s had Gen.2 thermals then they should all get them, if they did not then they ALL keep gen 1s.

Most of the top premiums are handheld af by their BRs but your argument makes it easier to understand why.
So, just in case you or anyone else has not seen this site: Thunder View shows all the NVD and/or TVD for all vehicles in the game. Including Planes + Helis (they also have a very good SAM radar and SAM missile section.)

Gen 1 sights are given to vehicles that have Gen 1 sights in real life. If you think that those do not have Gen 1 sights (and instead something higher), then please report that to the bug reporting site with proper sources. Posting about that here with no sources will not bring this anywhere.
