Didn’t mention the Jag because its the one unique and actually kinda usefull top tier addition. One I actually have nothing to say on (which is funny because I don’t play top tier that much because I hate the extremely fast pace of it)
That one is in the game tho
theres a few more unique ones such as the ebrc jaguar and the lvt-m24 but there could be a last minute addition that doesnt reach the dev server like im waiting on that sweet sweet 4000lbs wielding mosquito but its been a more air focused update i agree

I thought Romania is officially placed in the Italian TT now, yet its flag is still available in other TTs.

Gaijin is between a rock and a hard place due to that. No way they ever gonna add the flag but if they dont they need to keep taiwan
I dont think Romania was ever announced to be a subtree of any nation. Might be wrong tho
It seems only “main tree” flags are nation-locked.
So, sub-tree and alt-variants of said nation’s flag can be used.
Ex. Germany and the UK can both be ZA or the fact that the main flag of Italy is different from the one on the vehicles in the German tree.
there are vehicles that are present in other nation aka how the feature works if a vehicle exist in that nation it can be used but iirc military flags have been removed for the most part like the ROCA flag
