If so, will ROC national flag be added as an option instead? Currently only the army flag is present and is used to represent ROC vehicles.

The devs randomly upped it to 35 tonnes and after 30 minutes they got disproven using the same document. Reverting a change like this could be done by a todler, but yet we will have to wait multiple years probably all while the vehicle is unplayable.

I will say that it is unlikely.
you say its smaller but as of right now there’s edit 27 confirmed new vehicles this update compared to the 34 last year what could easily creep up to the same amount if not more depending what we see.

Thats not the case at all. This updates final contents are pretty much in line with all previous updates content wise and feature wise for this particular update each year. Its naturally always smaller than the one that follows.
