Do we know if the Normal Chieftains will get the Volumetric hull that the Chieftain 900 gets?
It’d massively improve their protection as the current scheme is inaccurate and far too thin in places
And also possibly increasing the effectiveness of said armour in general

yep, the volumetric hull provides extra protection even if the mock-up armour provides none

they have a lot of rescue helicopters
flying a Helicopter in the alps is extremely challenging which is why they don’t use military helicopters like other nations
iirc they still have some transport helis
