Autocannon HE should not be overpressuring any MBT

the magic 35mm strikes again. yeah this feels like its been an issue for ever and not just for challys either and its rather annoying that every time the issue of certain autocannons (particularly 35mms) having moments where they can just straight up ignore armor gets brought up its almost immediately disregarded by people and forgotten about.
this is an issue with other cannons
its not even AP, this is the HE
From the bug report i linked we recreated the same effect with 14.5mm AI, 30mm HE (Rarden), 25mm HE (GAU-12) and 37mm HE (Ostwind)
we specifically didn’t test the 35mms there because we thought 35mm AP-I would be 35mm AP-I, but this just proves 35mm HE is also doing it
Autocannons ignoring armour is another issue, its because they fire fast enough and spread far enough to find tiny weakspots and either pen (APDS/FS) or Grenade (AP-I/APHE), something needs to be done to sort it out (Shell shatter for high % filler APHE when gaijin? would nerf the 35mms quite handily)

It was a much needed tank at the time , you guys should pressurise gaijin to remodel the vehicle like that one chinese guy that singlehandedly convinced gaijin to remodel ztz 99

The tank we got upon intro was good, an acceptable upgrade over the CR2s, trading survivability for firepower and mobility.
But now its almost universally weaker than the CR2s due to continuous and extensive nerfs. Which is a real shame.
We could try that, get it changed from CR3 TD (CR2 LEP) into CR3 P4, but I dount that would ever happen, heck, we can barely get them to fix relatively minor issues with the CR2, let alone the big ones. Maybe after everyone else gets new top tier MBTs we can get the CR3P4

Malaysia operates Hawk 208
Indonesia operates Hawk 209
They differ slightly from ZJ201 (Hawk 200 RDA) but are otherwise extremely similar.
The 208 is commonly seen with 9L/Ms and the 209 9Ps
the 209 has Mav D/G
