it was a full redesign at a time where Gen 4 was already the norm so it could be classified as Gen 4

God looking through gripen camos makes me wonder what obsession the Czechs had with putting animal eyes on the forward canards. Also ive got a lot of skin suggestions to go through, but i need to find some cool ones for the SAAF gripen and the Hun Gripen.

I only called it Gen 3 to be fair, because Gaijin called it Gen 3.

Usually no, but it benefits me to play their game this time.
If I’m asking for a Mirage MF2000 with Fox 3s, and Gaijin responds with, “We don’t have any Gen 3s with Fox 3s in-game”, then I can easily point to their own video where they called the Tornado Gen 3.

and they can point you at the current live server which has Fox-3 on the F-14s only
Dev server :)), plus its only a matter of a week before the new update goes live and Tornado F.3 Late is added. I’m fine waiting a week.

if you need a Gen 3 to justify AMRAAM on another why would you choose the tornado if you can take the F4F instead
that one is a solid Gen 3 by all metrics

I want gaijin to add the Czech skins to the gripens but i dont know what gripen should get the skin lol, it probably wouldn’t be added anyways but nonetheless its a cool bunch of skins.

You wouldn’t need to, as the F-4F ICE is gen 3.

Well gajin could add czechoslovakian tt (it is one of the few nations that would make sense as independent tt), but I doubt we will see any new tt befor late 2025 or 2026. I just want cool liveries for the czech gripen, MI-35, the l-39/159, and more

To be fair, I listed both. Didn’t single out Tornado. Gaijin just doesn’t see these platforms as Gen 4, so they’re fair game when it comes to making appeals to Gaijin to add another Gen 3 with fox 3s.
