No, its just coming in a later patch
It might as well be an extrapolation not the real leak list. I would speculate that some vehicles are being worked on like scimitar(not for the brits).

there were still most air vehicles missing. It could have been just the legit leak list + some random guesses.
Why would they know about the leopard 2A6 but not about the meteor or f104g?
