Pretty sure one F-16 is the same as the F-16A in US tree and the other is very similar to the F-16 MLU in the Chinese tree but with a different load out.

I think both are overall slightly worse than the F-16C, but should still be decent nonetheless.
F-16A Block 15: No IFF, no Carapace RWR, no AMRAAM support. In game: Drag chute, AIM-9L, AIM-7F/M
F-16A Block 15 MLU: IFF, Carapace RWR, AMRAAM support, HMD. In game: Improved RWR, AIM-9M, AIM-120. HMD Maybe. Oh and I forget, seems like MAWS aswell.

Block 15 MLU will be better for Air RB, lighter airframe with same armament and HMD.

Wasnβt sure if the belgians used the HMD, I guess you are right in this case.
The 16C should still have a slightly better radar right?
