“slightly” the 9.13 flightmodel is like flying a fully loaded f15e compared to the 9.12
So then it can’t have SABR if it isn’t coming with the rest of the PoBIT upgrades. SABR is a part of the PoBIT program not its own standalone upgrade for US F-16’s.
The entire point of PoBIT is to upgrade US F-16’s to the same standard of the Block 70/72 export variant which includes SABR, CDU for the cockpit, AN/ALR-69(A)V, and JHMCS II or Thales Scorpion. It can’t just have 1 part of PoBIT without the rest.

That’s why statistics are a trap for balancing and only used if you want the easy way out while having an excuse. A good system played by a horde of idiots gets presented as a bad system, while a bad system played by a few skilled players gets presented as a good system. Statistics is only as good as the data it is based on.
