yea it does have negative stats, i have no clue why people think the buk is good
At a bare minimum, it would get a MICA seeker
they see fast and big missile and think very OP, meanwhile the IRIS-T remains the best SPAA lol buk radar is pretty damn trash and the missiles are notched faster than you can say its name
