The engine isn’t even an improvement until over mach 1.3, and even then the difference between the engines is so minimal that they’re interchangeable (129 is better below and offers more instantaneous acceleration, higher afterburner thrust and lower dry thrust, at higher it’s barely worse), my point was these features exist at lower BRs, although in separate platforms, however the F-16C PoBit is far from cutting it as a 14.3 jet, when you have the Gripen E and J-10C with more missiles (and better ones in the J-10C’s case) the AIM-120C-5s are not really meta missiles either, and the base 120D is kinematically identical to it, so unless they make the seeker some unnotchable beast, there’s really no reason to make it a jet above 14.0, you may disagree with this but at least so far majority seem to agree that without the triple racks it’s just gonna be another punching bag. It is what it is, only 6 missiles (amraams in this case) don’t cut it, ‘it would have to be the AIM-260 or AIM-174 Gunslinger lmao’
