no, its so easy to notch that thing with a mid radar, go 90* and pop chaff and booom, notched.
Check your dynamic LUT and/or tone mapping options in the post fx menu.

I personally run the Reinhard with the L-inverted whites at 0.2 , but you might want a different number depending on your screens brightness levels (look at the brightest part of the clouds when choosing number and imagine that all snow will be that bright).
You can also try the contrast option for the color correction.
Edit:
Oh, and double check the HDR setting as well, that can sometimes turn things a bit gray (bottom of regular graphics settings).

Simply untrue, when 38MT’s were added to for the first time their flight performance was much better thus allowed to Su25Sm3 fire them from nearly 20km’s, i was one of the first people who grinded that plane and abused those MT’s during their initial release.
