Probably because it never existed outside of of renders or concepts.
Here is the report Community Bug Reporting System,
the reason it was denied was because “MML is merely a concept or something currently in development. There is no solid evidence supporting their physical existence, and availability on F-16”

Because the Tripple pylon is more fantasy than the dual pylon and Kh-38MT combined, aka there is no Double Standard

They exist and are is service with russian.
