When do we expect the update to drop? Because I am going to need to buy the MiG-29 (9-13) ASAP or else when the MiG-29 (9-12) gets added, I will need to grind another aircraft.

Comparing the J-15T, which is 14.7 currently on the dev, to 14.3 aircraft and both 14.3s are much more fun to play in the current meta (hell I would argue even the other 14.3s that I didn’t compare are more fun to play).
The pattern is that either the J-15T needs to move to 14.3 (although I hate even more compression) or it needs some serious help to stay at 14.7 (I have little faith in Gaijin for changes to it’s engines and actual changes to PL12A, the devs seem pretty disconnected from what actually goes on in their game).
It needs the PL-15 and PL-16’s change my mind🤓
Throw the AAM-4B and AAM-5’s in as well while we are at it.
Could it be that it actually does belong at 14.7 and that some of the other aircraft need to move up?

We should have got the base j15 with normal pl12 and al31 engines.
The T is too advance but also too weak for top tier meta war thunder.
But cant say much since j10c is also here.

Technically yes, but since that only happens like once or twice per year if we are lucky, we aren’t due for that to happen for months to come (if it even happens again this year).
Also, bigger motor means LESS volume for the fuel.
Even after thinking about it… I don’t know any rocket where a bigger rocket motor meant less fuel, neither solid, nor liquid, nor hybrid or even (sc)ramjet. Why would you want to use more volume (and therefore more weight and aerodynamic drag) for less fuel? It makes no sense in any way…

So Gaijin is likely to make PL-12A weigh 16kg more with same motor as PL-12 (198kg → 214kg)?
Is dev server still up? Can someone check if J-15T still have TV guided KD88? Or have they been replaced with only IR guided KD88A?
This plane is already DOA, I still had plans to use it as CAP, especially with TV guided KD88 to shoot down helicopters, if it lost those weapons I have 0 reason left to use J-15T.
