What is the RP requirment for the new rank IX aircraft on the DEV?

Maybe if they added the American contemporary to the Typhoon and Rafale it would be different.
But for now, AIM-120 buffs are the most important thing for the US air tree imo. Everything else has a greatly reduced impact if AIM-120’s stay very weak
