J-10 plays near sea level almost always, and it won’t get to that speed and height in any map. unless u do a side climb of course. So in real scenarios, it is worse.

Oh yeah they added weight as well.
People demanded it not knowing that VSN would tune the static thrust to be high so it appears good on the statcard then immediately make the thrust dip below the original engine at every other speed

The Al-31 that it has currently is one of the most powerful variants the ws-10 will be better off afterburner and should be more efficient in that regard but yea it is still depressing how its performance is shown as the 10B should have more AB thrust. Side note the j-15 makes more thrust than the 11B and 27sm untill higher speeds then it caps at the same as the 11b’s max so I’m still hopeful for it as it’s TW is on par at least and with the bigger wings and flaps it could be a fun plane

Better subsonic performance near sea level. It could be better depending on source material.
Also, the WS-10B is notably better than the WS-10A: And this is before any buffs the J-10C can get from lower channel losses.
Also not sure why people are complaining to me, I’m not sharing any opinions on this matter.
I’m still annoyed J-10C is missing internal fuel.
