It seems to me that they will start adding generation 5 in December, and will continue in early 2027. As if waiting until the end of 2027 doesn’t make sense. Yes, of course my opinion may sound biased, but I rely on “guesses” all the same. Although last year they also wrote that 5th generation fighters were supposed to be released at the end of 2025, but then it sounded like some kind of strange information or error, since it was too early, but now it sounds more truthful. But I also assume that Gaijin will have infantry as its main target in 2026, and the 5th generation of aircraft in 2027, but again it seems strange to delay them for almost 2 years.
Possibly KF-21 Block 2 for Japan, through Indonesia
Damn you live and breathe war thunder. Imo its good to try other games or other stuff, like 've been playing RE and some other games instead of fretting over wt, considering there ain’t much to do with how little information we have.
Well, I’m rarely on here on the R&R thread outside of the expected dev season weeks and dev-season, the delayed friday dev-server was supposed to scratch an itch and no other game will suffice atm.

What about missing vehicles like the British capture ME-210?
BVVD said that going forward, Vehicles would go to any other possible trees straightaway in the end of 2025 Dev QnA

@Smin1080p_WT Hey! Are there currently any plans to add Anti Ship Missiles for Destroyers/Cruisers within this update or year?
He was referring to in service vehicles operated by those nations. Not simply everything captured and war prizes.
There’s no plans currently for a British Me 210.

Hey. Any vehicles we have coming will be announced via blogs or official news (CM updates, streams etc). We don’t reveal here in this topic what’s coming in that way.

Ah okay. Sad since I want RAFwaffe still.
Test vehicles are okay though since Japan is getting one? Couldn’t it be argued that a lot of captured vehicles are ‘test vehicles’ as often the primary reason for stuff like RAFwaffe is to gleam technology and design choices from them as was the point with Germany sending Japan stuff like ME-210 and Tiger 1 in WW2?
I’m not criticising or anything, I’m just wanting some clear criteria and rules for these vehicle additions going forward.
Also, how will it work when it comes to event/battlepass vehicles moving forward?
Theres no plans for this currently. It can be done already by cycling radar modes with the correct keybinds.

Japan purchased the vehicle. That’s not the same as capturing it and testing it simply to know how to defeat it in combat and extract enemy tech.
Captured vehicles may still appear, its not impossible. However they do not fall under what BVV was talking about with regards to all nations that had something generally being given that.

After 5 years, it’s a bit disheartening that it still remains; and that it’s been added to all other vehicles of the family implemented ever since.
It would be a very quick and easy fix, instructions were provided in another bug that was rejected and even YouTubers have made custom missions with the fix implemented.
