MICA wasnt op before the Rafale, and having the shortest range fox3 you gotta give it atleast 1 edge over others ngl, if we still had only the M2K5F and no Rafales france wouldnt have this high of a winrate at all

Buffed seeker or not, the MICA would still perform nearly identically. The missile would still be as hard to notch due to its huge speed acceleration. It would simply be easier to chaff, which is more beneficial to say a su30 with limited chaff than a eurofighter with hundreds of BOL chaffs (even if they are very pitiful)

its only very minorly better in bvr and has a lot worse pull, its overall a downgrade to be honest

to be fair we dont know the stats yet the stat card on the dev was identical to the C-5 and didn’t have gnss it mite be cope but it could still be better

i love reading the patchnotes icl sometimes u find good nerfs and needed buffs for some smaller lesser played vehicles
