Regarding the W.I.N.T.E.R. event, the ground vehicle prize is in a somewhat strange position;
The top Air prize is all but devblogged, the MiG-25. And we can use our deductive ability to determine that the Naval and lowtier Air prizes are likely the vehicles whose models and economic data were added to the dev files, yet are unavailable to play ( the same way as the MiG-25 ) - those being the IJN Tosa and H-75M(CHN).
But ground hasn’t had something similar to that appear, most of those vehicles are available, and the ones that aren’t are upgraded Scimitar variants, which do not fit the pattern of recent years winter/ground prize.
I would say it depends on the Scimitars, if its the Scimitar LEP/2 with the prototype APFSDS that was worked on in the late 2000s iirc then dropped as no threats/CT40 was “supposed” to be soonTM, could fit for a ground event vehicle.
Thermals, mobile, APFSDS rounds, could be a decent selection choice especially given theres 4 CVRTs all found together.

I’m in the camp that at least two of them are TT, even more so after asking around.
I can’t imagine that they would use any of those as rewards for the winter event.
Usually the winter event has “almost top tier” vehicles as main prizes and none of those CVR(T)s qualify for a BR above 9.0.

Tbh it’s mostly trying to gather all the data for various vehicles and trying to judge a good br for all the vehicles (I couldn’t judge a correct br to save my life)
