They are the same in every single aspect, swedish pilots also test those weapons with swedish aircraft, and in fact all of the integrated weapons tested on swedish system, and configured into the software in sweden
well SEP v3 does get NEA (Next Evolutionary Armor {but very little info regrading details} ), M1147 (again less info) & can get a M134 minigun + Bullfrog anti-drone system (sorta WT useless)

china doesnt operate su30s they operate j15-j16s which are fully rebuilt su30s/su27s
China operates a few Su-30MKKs

the su30s they got still carries russian weapons and they are not reconfigured for chinese systems
And they had their FCS modified for PL-12, PL10 and some Chinese domestic A-G weaponry
yeah lets pretend a su25 with very short range missiles, and a-10 wich a snail can run away from is equivelant to a actual speedy fighter with aim9p4
