their current implementation system just screws the manufacturing nations as any export customers get everything the manufacturer does + anything they add to it
leading to the manufacturing countries getting the worst versions of their own vehicles

In the case of PL-15 and similar systems, Bvvd said on the devstream today that those won’t come until the implementation of dual-pulse rocket motors is ready.

I wish too, but maybe they’re holding on it because they’ll add the Algerian BMPT later on

a clear example of this is F15C MSIP vs F15JM, or the swedish hornet, where the exported one gets extra capabilities compared to the domestic one and is noticeably better because of it
Theres a decent amount of countries that remove stuff by (their choice or other) for their imported version though so it evens out
Infantry behaviours.

and none of the AH-64Es got anything additional added to them so they aren’t better then the US one?

it was requesting the british one gets a missile that was never integrated to it and has substantially better IOG in game than JAGMs to make it “unique”
