I mean, the F-4E gets nothing of the sort either and it sits at 11.3, which I believe should be the MiG-25’s min BR.

Its literally worse Starfighter,it can only fly fast and forward and only at altitude. No gun,cant evade SARH cause it cant turn,6G max overload ig,given irl it was 3G and game is double. 2 or 4 useless R-60Ms,the R-40s might be interesting but they are SARH afaik and the radar is meh.
