Even if that did happen for whatever reason, they could still add them to the other F-35s thanks to gaijin’s silly little rules :)
F-15E and F-16C can’t even get laser JDAMs. Completely harmless addition balance wise but can’t have them. Same with GBU-53, a bunch of jets get SPICE 250’s but we can’t have those. The Super Hornet didn’t even get any new A2G ordinance

So because the US illegally broke their contract and refused to let anyone else do the intergration of European weapons onto the F-35, only the US will get said weapons?
That might be the most stupid argument ever
But it does mean Britain can get F-22s as we have F-22s based in the UK
