SPICE 1000 and 2000 are addon kits like the JDAM/Paveway for the Mk83 and 84 warheads and their specialized variants.
The SPICE 250 is a standalone weapon comparable in size to the GBU-39 and GBU-53 in the 250lb weight class

functionally it’ll be identical but with a small switch of armament most likely.The only removed modification is the ECM jammer part inside the hump. The rest of the mods are still there (Defas & extended tailpipe)
ID modification includes new VICON 70 camera, radios, navigation systems & a later IAI’s WDNS system in the early 1990s where we had to smuggle israeli engineers inside the country

Honestly I’m getting really tired of Gaijin haphazardly placing vehicles into tech trees at random. Did nobody over there think it at all strange that they were putting three fighters directly after a 4-engine heavy bomber? Especially since there’s a dedicated strike aircraft line, literally right there next to the bombers.

I’d prefer to dream that Russia modernizes the existing SMTs with the new electronics that new 9.41 was carrying a couple days ago and that being added instead of 29Kr or 35 atp.

We should get at least a few ww2 ground vehicles too you know? I do hope that we get at least a few ww2 ground vehicles as well, i mean it’s the last update of the year, a major update that adds no ww2, ww1 or interwar tanks whatsoever is sad :(
Something unique, and really special like the Mark 8 for example, it has been passed for a while… or other vehicles like the Schneider CA1, the French B1 prototypes or the British interwar Prototypes, all of them would be very cool
