No, but US “can” get it and current USAF Block 40/52 are being upgraded in PoBIT program that pretty much make the internal system Block 72 but outer airframe still being block 40/50 with SLEP program being done at the same time to extend F-16 service.
The reason being that noone wants the F-4F in US techtree when theres F-4E available which is straight up better.
The Super Hornet will remain with this 120CM? Is it has BOL?
No. PoBit is just an MLU for the F-16 and lacks key features of the V model.

No? PoBIT is fitting current US F-16’s with AN/APG-83 SABR AESA radar, AN/ALR-69A(V) Digital RWR, and AN/ALQ-257 Integrated Viper Electronic Warfare Suite and the upgraded cockpit found on the F-16V.
All in all PoBIT is set to bring about 22 upgraded to the older F-16’s which are found on the Block 70/72. What the other upgrades are has not currently been disclosed but it’s quite literally bringing them to the same standard.

Rhino is callsign for Super Hornet and BOL is the extra countermeasure pods that give 180CM each. You can see it on F-15CGE, Gripen C etc.

Rather strange choice for a premium honestly, considering it’s the least armed 326 (apart from 4-pyloned prototype). E or G with 30 mm gunpods would fit way better as premium or even another K prototype RS-24 with Viper 540 and ADEN cannons, while MB-326B would fill 6.x CAS gap in the TT, but well…
