These days you dont need a dedicated line to consider something subtree. Look at Sweden with Norway or Britain with well… Australia. You can call them sub nations if that helps

You don’t need a line for a sub tree

As far as i know Australia has never been called a sub tree (Even though it looks like more of one then India which actually is)
