Gripen E being exclusive for one update wont make it good, again its likely it may stay unique for a bit then be given to everyone to make some extra money. Besides the current implementation of the air tree gives no signs that gaijin would only add it for sweden.

yeah, not sure what it sounded like my resoning was, but dont worry, the reason was to atleast have something in the higher erea’s that is special, you could argue on italy that the EF-2000 are in other nations but they still have other stuff, for sweeden id just like to see the last one they have (unless 6th gens arrives) to atleast be limited as none other worked on it and none of the main nations use/used it, in the end my reason is more to have a incentive to grind sweeden air outside viggens or cas
i mean Italy and Japan have no need for it

Also the Su clearly already has models made and the Gripen is a last minute slop addition, its not surprising that it wouldn’t be here for Japan yet though i will say its surprising Japan didn’t get it before sweden given the air tree gets shafted nearly every update

Not everyone plays top tier or likes it. Sweden has a ton of unique aircraft.
Sweden will have( you’re forgetting Austria will likely go to Germany which means sweden then only gets 2 jets unique to themselves)

I just get worried that we’ll get to far into trial vehicles. I think sub-tree vehicles should be the stopgap because at that rate anyone can get really anything.
Alright, i draw the line at the F-18, we dont need Rafale, EFT, Mig 29 or M2k for sweeden, i know the tree is lacking but not that mutch XD
I was talking Su-30 for Japan the one for Russia at least got a model done lmao. By the time Gripen gets here we’ll have maybe a day to try and bug report it before its left in a state of being ignored for years unless its to nerf the aircraft like the Gripen C’s
Which is why i said im against it. I simply gave a idea that gaijin could add them if sweden air sales drop below where they want them.

I think Trial Vehicles should strictly remain special cases. The Oplot-M in China (really the Oplot-T) was an extremely weird decision, rather than to just add the Oplot-P which would’ve been unique.

Yes SM was missing canted canards for a long time and the IRST is still too large
Japan already has some of the biggest leaps next to sweden helicopters.
(Not including tanks or the R2Y2, why shouldn’t other nations get the same treatment?)

At least with trials jets for Finland they existed, im against the idea of trialed vehicles unless they absolutely need them. This is a game and balance should be considered. I think Germany could do with a Su-27 which was planned for the GDR before they unified. Gives them a far better 13.0 and adds something unique to the tree. But i digress its more so a nice addition rather than being needed.
