Aim120 buff would be really nice, currently they are pretty poor.
Turn slightly and chaff…missile misses
fly low missiles misses.
Use at anything other than a low energy braindead target missile misses.
MICA God tier and R-77-1 is just a better 120.

IMHO, mavericks are generally unusable at 2k25 y.e. Kh-38ML can be launched without direct visual contact, AGM-65 can’t.

Speaking of Fox 3s, has anyone else been having issues with the Derby? I feel like it loses lock a lot. Might just be a skissue from me but I feel like they do.
MICA is absolutely insane top tier missile. It’s have very very narrow notch angle.
IMHO, AIM-120 on F-18E are practically not applicable for their intended purpose due to the low horny speed.

This proves that the aircraft’s on-board system is not designed for the Kh-38 missile. And as we found out above, having a suitable pylon is not enough.
I have indicated the main differences above, they are insignificant and do not relate to the on-board system.

Mate even on Typhoon flying Mach 1.7…120s are no more lethal.
They are just a poor missile right now. They should implement the 120C5 seeker they had on the dev.

Well… the F-16C Blk 50 is supposed to have BOL in general not necessarily the AMs, and besides the AMs is implemented wrong anyways I believe
