I don’t think it should get r77 anyway due to it never being used in Malaysian service on the mig29. Its really quite fine at 13.0. It should still get the wing tanks, and the other things that are missing.

Honestly I wish you were right about this but unfortunately this vehicle-operator-mix we have in game perfectly reflects real life these days.
That being said what they should absolutely do in sim is introduce ally minimap markers that are visible at all times and maybe make them display your teammate’s info when you hover your cursor over them.

German players say they don’t want another Boxer that’s event only, and it’s not representative of the Bundeswehr’s highly similar Schackal or sWaTrg Inf, that should be in ther German TT

The Ozzy Lance variant goes to UK TT ~ as suggested (instead of it being event)
The Germans also ordered the same Lance variant + the AiO variant (with Puma turret) ~ both can go to German TT or take a pick.
