it is an unstable airframe once they fully lose controll thats it
Realistically we can pull from other things. War switch allows the aircraft full access to its control but that means certain things aren’t being controlled to protect you. You’re taking a risk getting full control. Additionally we know the Gripens canards can point down as far as in the video as they are allowed to do so when used as landing breaks
Love the Czech gripens btw peak camos, the EFT’s with eyes are also pretty snazy

Eh, its more safe to assume the pilot didn’t want to try and risk it given the ground can hit you in the time it takes for you to decide to change your mind. Besides most militaries would rather you not die, or at least the RDAF does from the pilots ive talked to lol.

At such altitude? No it wasnt. Theres not a single airframe in the world that could recover from loss of control at such low altitude. Pilot error is still pilot error so dont try to push this as airframe limitations

as in like the gripen is not supposed to do so, becasue its an unstable airframe and bad things will happen once you exceed the safe AoA limits
Hasn’t stopped gaijin from nerfing vehicles in game from doing it. Again gaijin removed thr G limiters yet set artificial deflection angkes for the Gripen. I say fully let them angle it and bleed their speed even faster. Why not lmao.

Yeah except the gripens gets maybe 2-3° more so kinda useless for them. Its why so many noobie pilots lose to a Gripen in their EFT because they bleed all their speed on the first turn. The amount of people who bombed their way to top tier is some truly sad stuff
Which is why it would be very hard to fly without a fly by wire system that constantly “keeps” you from dying
Also @kizvy why the hell am i john Gripen? I hate the gripen lmao. Sweden peaked with the Draken, the Draken was handcrafted by the Ikea employees then delicately molded by us (DANMARK) into a proper beast.

Thats the whole point of the Peace and War switch. Peace gives you limiters and war lets you put excess or fatal damage on the frame for full mobility. Its a trade off and not just anyone can handle that. So many aircraft need computer assistance to control the aircraft.
