Strategic bombers are planned according to the bombs and 5th gens have been “leaked” so possibly next 2 years but take it with a grain of salt.

We had 5 majors that year as we do now.
Its one example of an update even later for the Q2/3 update. Multiple updates over the 10 years since then have been in June.

Missiles are changed based on sources. We don’t “Buff” them without something to suggest their performance should be better.
A report on its beamwidth is under review currently: Community Bug Reporting System
It can stay as is, because no other C5 equivalent already ingame will be buffed up to its equivalent stats
