Not really, they usually only show up on release day for console
I assume today was supposed to be the day and things happened.
I mean it seems like pretty standard policy for when a new batch of vehicles gets added together.
Make only 1 of the new vehicles (SLM) actually good and make the others mid at best or just straight up mediocre.
Nah they can be released up to 48 hours before the update releases.
This has been used as an early warning system for update releases for years now.

the max we got them ahead of an patch as 1 day, never 2… also most of the time we get the packs AFTER the patch went live
From memory that was back end UI stuff.
Not actually pop up notices for people logging in that new packs are available to purchase with the ability to buy them

No idea if it’s real or not since it doesn’t seem to be from the main credible leakers but from what has been gathered so far it seems real.

I really miss those times, much simpler. Back then there were still updates I could actually be excited about.
