Members can Maintain, Modify and Integrate things into their F-35s
Buyers like the German Luftwaffe can Only do Level 3 Maintenance (Basic getting the thing to fly again) and are NOT allowed to Modify or integrate anything and Neither Use non Standard already integrated weapons like ASRAAM and METEOR
also Buyers have no Right to ownership towards the Aircraft, it’s spares and the knowledge on how they work
actually the Japanese arent a core member, the only nations in game that are core members are The US, UK and Italy (could technically argue France with the Netherlands and Sweden with Norway or Denmark)
Yeah i dont recall them being a core member. But they are certainly the biggest buyer with over 147 planned purchase of a mix of A and Bs

After seeing the new AAs on the dev server I can’t blame the leaker for being annoyed about them being so mediocre.
Can’t blame the guy for the revenge leak, although it is kind of funny that revenge leaking is a thing for games.

my only concern is gaijin massively buffing the Su57 RCS and IRCCM to make it one of the best 5th gens when it should be the worst

it is mostly an American jet with a notable British contribution. all the other foreign manufacturing stuff is frankly stupid and only for PR/politics.

the F-35’s all use UAI, and all the new weapons have to be tested in the US, afaik only on US F-35’s, so US F-35’s can get every single armament option
its always been primarily between the US and UK from the beginning of the JSF program. contribution from other nations besides the US and UK is pretty minimal outside of manufacturing Lockheed parts
He basically skimmed over the actual list and just started ranting about the fact that it was leaked and just “well duh they are being worked on”. Literally nothing of value from the video. Surprised the video is under 10 minutes I thought he would have thrown in a few C’est La Vie’s in to get above the 10 minute mark.
I did see MatAWG made a video on the same leak and honestly it’s a good video, far better than TEC’s. Short and straight to the point in actually discussing what’s in the list. He doesn’t go on a 5 minute rant about the leaker and points out the obvious that it might not be entirely correct so shouldn’t be taken for gospel vs TEC having a meltdown shouting that it’s fake with his fingers in his ears. Honestly I respect him for his videos on the leaks.
