Major Update "Leviathans" - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 3)

Every other example, yes the US was doing well, but not total domination since many others had the same jets or counterparts or better planes

Not that I agree with the narrative of US jets being screwed over, or the US in general being screwed over, but he is not wrong because of how he words it.

The ICE was literally the last modernish German plane before the Typhoon. At the time there was nothing else to add

If only there was more space for subtrees to get their unique planes…

If Sniper doesnt let me inspect my enemys facial hair on their airfield from my own than its modeled wrong.

There loads that could of been added, like the Swiss or tested aircraft. Gaijin have this weird mindset that a handful of trees must follow a set of guidelines where others don’t

Yeah like how UK gets a tech tree F-111 from another country without a sub, not to mention they had nothing to do with it whatsoever

Anyways, Swiss weren’t a sub at the time and the hornet wasn’t even in the game at all until months later

And the US got the Skink, so I guess it’s a pretty decent trade for most US players.

On a license built M4A1 hull

Isn’t it not that good anyways? I don’t get why they added it tt, should’ve been the T249 instead

Like how they said the Commonwealth was there to fill gaps, that rule ?
The Australian F-111 was there to fill the gap left by the 111K, other than the rule of “US tech must go to the US” which is getting thiner and thiner every update. There no other reason why the US should get that.

Canada is not a US sub tree and the US had very little to do with it if the hull was license produced.

It’s meh, but the F-111C is also not that good so it’s meh for meh.

Nah that would likely be way higher and thus pretty useless. I prefer them adding something that can shoot for more than 3 seconds. T85E1 could have been added at 4.3-5.0.

How can there be a gap from something that never flew?

Maps are too small for air rb especially when we have longer range missiles

Still a unique tank to Canada, if you want to go that far.

" The Polsten was a Polish development of the 20 mm Oerlikon gun"

So Skink to the Polish tree

UK got no large bomb busses like the F-111 so yeah it filled that gap

It would’ve been way more cool. Yeah the T85E1 would have been a great addition.

But for F-111C, it does have potential just because it was used the latest so it could get AGM-142 in the future

Tornado at the same BR?

A-10 not at the same BR ?

This one I also don’t like for completely different reasons. It just shows that Gaijins ideals for incomplete vehicles are very inconsistent.

The F-111K could’ve been added, but wasn’t. It’s one of many cases where they took a subjective decision, that isn’t equally applied across all situations.
Sometimes we get less complete vehicles added, or more complete vehicles denied, and that annoys me.

All of this is unrelated to the argument, but I still don’t like it and wish Gaijin would just adopt some specific ruleset (ideally suggestion rules, but anything is better than nothing).

Two completely different classes of aircraft vs more similar ones.

F-111 and Tornado are built to go fast with decent payload at low altitude, and get out of there ASAP

A-10 is low and slow to loiter around and provide air support in largely uncontested airspace
