Considering that Naval VLS that’s capable of launching ASTER 30, still retains capability of launching ASTER 15, I don’t see it anyhow bad to introduce ASTER 15 to SAMP/T
It’s not the same system. Italy only uses Aster 30 and I wouldn’t like to see mix and mashes… at that point just add GRIFO with CAMM-ERs that have roughly 45 km of range.

I wouldn’t mind CAMM-ER, I just don’t understand the cope about SAMP/T and ASTER 15, because it’s not even close to being paper or mindblowing, considering in what state game is
It’s something that wouldn’t properly represent the country since it doesn’t use it to begin with. This point is even further problematic if we were to actually receive something “fake” while an actual option is available, GRIFO.
CAMM-ER works for the UK and Italy but BVVD did make mention of SAMP-T and Aster

They’ll most likely just add the 15 to SAMP/T
giving GRIFO to Italy and MICA VL to France required two separate models, and i have a feeling they decided to go the copy pasta way.
Be aware though, that sentence was just a vague statement from BVVD, and considering the quality of the automatic translator, it is to take with a pinch of salt

Although, aside from SAMP/T, they could add CAMM-ER to both Italy and UK, so it still will need only two models to be made, in combo of CAMM-ER/SAMP-T or CAMM-ER/MICA-VL
Italy can benefit from CAMM-ER (both Italy and UK) and Aster (both Italy and France). Technically there’s some time saving in both cases.
