Major Update "Leviathans" - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 3)

It wasn’t put under any nation in the datamines and the F-2 is currently modeled with the JM61A1 on the dev.

Nvm yeah your right mixed it up with AIM-26B

But if F-2 already has it as JM61A1 then maybe it’s still hinting towards a different aircraft

great cant wait to suffer with the basic and nerfed pl12 on china tell next update yay

No, they just modeled the F-2 with a placeholder gun and likely didn’t change the text or mass before the dev server.

Or they are hinting at super hornet. Maybe both

If i’d hazard a guess. 60km would probably be a fairly normal range to use them at. But I havent got anything to actually try them on/ compare them on the dev server

Are any of the multi-vehicle SAMs using electronic scanning radar?

If you have dev server would you mind checking the SLAMRAAM radar?

Nevermind, found it it’s the AN/MPQ-64 Sentinel and yes it’s ESA

Funny, wiki says X band and 40km on base model

Gaijins Sekrit russian documents will be better to use for modeling it

Soon hopefully

Ah yes I forgot, a top of the line Soviet WW2 radio system had range of 21km so surely it is not possible for inferior Western technology to have more than 20
