There are suggestion reports open for other aircraft to receive it, but that would solely depend on when they are actioned.

Dont know im afraid. The missile is still WiP, and that would depend if it actually could. If it could, then its best to submit a report to be sure all material is fully known.

While (If?) you have the time, I’d have a few more questions too on other topics.
Is there already known plans for the ASM-1 / ASM-2 implementation, considering currently they still seem to both be using placeholder stats. Especially ASM-2 would be interesting as IOG+IIR missile, which we haven’t seen before in game.
It’d be especially interesting to know more about any planned air to ground application for them.
It’d also be nice if you or anyone else could look over the reports for missing ASM weaponry on other aircraft.

Also I made a report/suggestion for the F-15J(M) yesterday to receive the AIM-120C-5, which was rejected for it not being a 14.0 aircraft. However I believe with Japan lacking a 14.0, and the J(M) already being the end of the line F-15J variant set to receive more advanced armament in the future, it would be a good consideration for it to be moved up alongside an armament change.
So if this report/suggestion could be passed onto the devs in any way that would be great.

Also it would be interesting to see if there is any plans on Japanese missiles such as the AAM-3 and AAM-4 receiving any changes based on some of the reports that have been made since their introduction, which would also help the F-15J(M) in this potential role of 14.0 fighter.

This is a dev decision that the C-5 is just for 14.0 aircraft. So we cant pass the report unfortunately as its intentional by design.

Yeah, which is why the idea was to suggest it alongside a BR increase to 14.0 for the J(M), which is already among the strongest 13.7 aircraft.
But I understand if there’s nothing that can be done…

Also uhhh, hi there i’m the writer of that report. And i just wanna say that uhh, no, the F-2 does not use AoA manuevering IRL. It uses a G-maneuvering system, the AoA system is solely for the deployment of flaperons/leading edges.

Hey. Its not been claimed the F-2 uses AoA manoeuvring IRL. I was referring to the feature as it is in game. Not the induvial systems each particular aircraft uses.

Because it has already been considered and the answer has been provided by the devs that its currently just for the 14.0s. We cannot pass something that has already been considered.

@Smin1080p_WT Hi, I’m taking advantage of the fact that you’re talking about the Phimat, in the server dev the Mirage F1s received the Phimat but only on its starboard side but irl it can also use it on the port side (it is possible to carry two pods simultaneously). I’ve made several bug reports but none have been noticed so far, would it be possible to foward it ?

So the F-15J(M) was already considered to receive AIM-120C-5?
Because it’s somewhat obscure information that Japan even had the C-5 it seems like something the devs might not have thought of but would be interested to consider with the current lack of 14.0 for Japan.
can also just… you know… fix the AAM-4

Would be nice, but also not quite the same.
Fixed AAM-4 would have similar range still, but lower seeker range (15km vs 16km now), lower G load (25G vs 32G now), with the main improvements being the improved datalink and frequency modulation. It can also still only be carried on the fuselage, which would mean the average ARB lineup still uses 2 AMRAAMs.
So personally I’d like to see both. Shouldn’t be an issue at 14.0 anyways
