Bismarck’s 380mm shells are currently worse than any other at the BR; all others have 740-770mm pen ranges.
And I hope, of course, that the shell fix doesn’t come with a rate of fire nerf. I would rather have it placed at 8.7 if they considered it’s fixed firepower to be “too OP” for 8.3.

Need to check the numbers myself, but i’ve read it pulls slightly more than A/Bs, lofting harder and it has more drag. With that i have genuine doubts if its an upgrade, its a sidegrade at best, even a downgrade on medium to long ranges.
Problem is its not just the F-18Cs getting it, the F-15Es are aswell and that is a pretty capable airframe already with 120A/B. Morvran while I love to disagree with him has a point here especially about sim where it had finally begun to level out between REDFOR and BLUEFOR. Now its going to go back to being BLUEFOR sided meaning no free slots on BLUEFOR teams and a suffer fest for REDFOR which will drive all but the most skilled or stubborn away after a few deaths which was the case pre 30SM, (And to an even greater degree pre J-10A and Rafale since france sometimes gets put on REDFOR)
Yeah, 14.0 was just starting to get more interesting than Typhoon Vs Typhoon/Rafale every match (no matter how much I find the Su30 annoying to fight, it was at least asymmetrical) but now I’m thinking it will be going back to that again
Enjoy the squads of F-15Es dictating combat and cleanup squads of F-18Cs, Gonna try to get my 30SM performance spaded then pick up the F-2 premium and just abandon 14.0 for the time being. Hopefully it will get better but I doubt it will.
yeah its similar for me, cant play 13.0 ground due to terrible balancing, cant play 14.0 air due to terrible balancing its looking more and more like im probably just gonna dip on wt for the next 2 months
Imma finish my arkhangelsk grind and maybe try to get soyuz after patch drops aside from that, walpurgis is coming up in Limbus and HSR has a fate collab in like 9 days. And roadcraft, gotta craft road.
