Yeah, despite being in the game and abusing literally everyone with the best missile in game, and being able to literally outrun everything at a high altitude, now they need the most broken missile (again). What’s the point of playing air at this point if you’re not playing US?

@Smin1080p_WT Is there any particular reason for Italy, France and Great Britai to not be recieving a new top tier SPAA if it could be asked. Are there plans but not yet finished, or could we expect something to come before the dev server closes.

From a conversation with techmods on the subject about such an addition.
Its gonna backfire so hard for them, especially if they (again) dont buff the MICA, PL12? and AAM4 to what they should be, a C5 competitor, but i doubt they will even care, because US needs to be on top all the time right? Cant sell the mid premium otherwise

There are plans, but they said on the russian stream that these SAMs will be coming in the update after this one.
China, Japan and Sweden are also being left out of getting a medium range SAM, as they are only getting new short range SAMs.

But one thing is recieving a short range AA and other not recieving nothing at all. This situation is basically saying “cope with ADATS and OTOMATIC” to Britain and Italian players, at least the french have VT-1 to say something.
We can’t have america not be the top dog for more than 2 patches at a time. F15e is the third best plane in the game, it absolutely did not need the C5

Not to mention what’s the point of playing a minor nation if the only thing you’re going to get is copy paste American vehicles. Love that the Finnish subtree is being used to copy paste yank planes.

Japan didn’t get left out per se. I mean it depends how good the Type 81 arh is, which is just not functional atm

They did get left out of getting a medium range SAM. The ARH Type 81 has the same range as the IR Type 81, 14km, which is short range. SLM, SLAMRAAM and SPYDER are medium range.

they can’t fight if they don’t have both the aircraft energy advantage and better missile, you see, and these dastardly R-77-1 being able to equalize the playing field, that was too hard now

And people are defending it too, like mate, R-77-1s are not some OP missile that teleports right into your plane. I have dodge more R-77-1s in one day than I have AIM 120s for the past few months.

There’s, quite literally, no vehicle at top tier which isn’t gimped in some form.
And frankly, planes are not dodging a 40G missile. Is it that deep?
