At best I reckon F-2 isn’t initially on dev but comes later. I wouldn’t expect it this update unfortunately.

Depends on which plane and platform. The Su-30SM is already fine for 14.0 with normal R-77s.
However the F/A-18C is absolutely not 14.0 material with just 120A/B. It would already be average at best at 13.7.

I’m not expecting it either, given how popular of an aircraft it is to just suddenly sneak it into like a 2nd dev server or something.
But I’m also trying to look at all realistic possibilities given what we know and what we do know is that F-2 while unlikely is still in the realm of possible so until we see the dev stream tomorrow, no reason to get defeated and all that

Yes and no an R-77-1 will be modelled to somewhat perform like a longer range MICA.
A Typhoon is never (i’m exaggerating a little) winning a BVR fight with a jet that has a better Radar and can essentially 2 for one your missiles.
Su-30 is going to be a menace in air and ground battles

Prob 13.7 would be finest place, if not even 13.3(theres su-34 with not much less ARH missiles, better top speed, maybe radar(depends on if gaijin will give it 79v4))
