Maneuverability should be same-better because of better engines.

no need, it do get upgraded. PL-12 upgrade on the other hand, is second hand source without details
Finland never used the MiG-29.
No thrust vectoring though. Better materials for construction. Will have to see how they count it, but i think it will be worse.

Icl update looks quite poor. Unless u main air and one of the countries getting the F18 there’s nothing really thats “oh cool, i actually want to grind that” when are we gonna fill these ground vehicle gaps and add IFVs or vehicles that should of been added ages ago. Ajax, Badger, Boxer ir even some different variants of MBTs that should/could of been added ages ago instead of adding very very similar vehicles with the same name.
