I really hope it’s so short and mid because the real teaser with F-2A and J-11B / J-10B involved in some actually interesting combat and maneuvers is taking so long, so they took the opportunity to get the update namesake out of the way in a mini-teaser

Honestly if the US and Russia weren’t the only children allowed to sit in the spotlight for 90% of the trailer times we could probably see some really cool trailers showing multiple nations instead of the same 2 US and Russian aircraft flying for most of it…

Not necessarily, but it’s possible. The USMC used F/A-18Cs for a while, so we don’t know. Considering it’s a “late” variant it’s very possible though!
