Some guy I’d probably be banned for naming kept blocking out any evidence it could be used against ground targets, so while the models are in the files, chances are they’ll keep being delayed.

they are surely different things, though J-10’s developer do get some information and data from Israel about fully digitized design and control which Israel get from developing Lavi.
